CUI Legal Notary
提供真实、准确和完整的个人资料及文件;
在公证前核对姓名、日期、地址及文件内容;
确认自己理解并自愿签署文件;
提供有效且符合要求的身份证件;
确认文件接收机构接受所选择的公证、电子签名、翻译或认证方式;
CUI Legal Notary
6. Apostille
CUI Legal Notary
Terms and Conditions
By booking, purchasing, or using any service provided by CUI Legal Notary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to in-person notarization, mobile notary service, Remote Online Notarization, document preparation, translation, apostille and authentication assistance, document submission, shipping, and related services.
1. Non-Attorney Disclaimer
I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND I MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE.
CUI Legal Notary is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, legal advice, or legal strategy. We do not determine the legal validity, sufficiency, enforceability, or suitability of a document. Customers who require legal advice should consult a licensed attorney.
2. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information and documents;
Reviewing all names, dates, addresses, and document contents before signing;
Understanding and signing the document willingly;
Providing valid and acceptable identification;
Confirming that the receiving agency accepts the selected notarization, electronic-signature, translation, or authentication method; and
Confirming the destination country, intended use, and receiving-agency requirements before submission.
CUI Legal Notary is not responsible for delays, rejections, or other consequences caused by incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or omitted information supplied by the customer.
3. Scope of Notarial Services
A notary verifies the signer’s identity, confirms willingness to sign, witnesses the signature, and performs the authorized notarial act. A notary does not determine whether the document is true, legal, enforceable, or suitable for the customer’s intended purpose.
The notary may refuse or discontinue a notarization if the signer cannot be properly identified, cannot communicate clearly, appears unwilling or under duress, lacks awareness of the transaction, or if the document or transaction does not comply with applicable laws or platform requirements.
4. Remote Online Notarization
Remote signers must have acceptable identification, an active email address, a stable internet connection, and a device with a working camera and microphone. The signer must successfully complete the platform’s identity-verification and live audio-video requirements.
If the signer cannot pass credential analysis, knowledge-based authentication, biometric verification, or another required verification method, the notarization may not proceed. Third-party verification, technology, or platform fees already incurred may be nonrefundable.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the receiving agency accepts electronic signatures and Remote Online Notarization. CUI Legal Notary does not guarantee acceptance by any court, government office, bank, school, consulate, foreign authority, or other receiving party.
5. Document Preparation and Translation
Document-preparation services are limited to typing, formatting, organizing, or providing general assistance based on information supplied by the customer. These services do not constitute legal advice. The customer is responsible for reviewing all facts, names, spelling, numbers, and document contents before signing or submitting the document.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, translation services do not constitute court-certified, sworn, or government-approved translations. Customers must confirm the receiving agency’s translation requirements in advance.
6. Apostille and Authentication Services
Processing times for apostilles, authentications, consular services, and government documents are controlled by government agencies, consulates, shipping carriers, and other third parties. Any processing time provided is an estimate and not a guarantee.
CUI Legal Notary is not responsible for government backlogs, policy changes, rejected documents, shipping delays, lost mail, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds
All fees must be paid according to the applicable order or invoice. Government fees, platform fees, identity-verification charges, courier fees, postage, and other third-party expenses are generally nonrefundable.
Once work has begun, fees for completed work, reserved appointment time, document review, preparation, translation, or incurred third-party expenses may be nonrefundable. Missed appointments, unacceptable identification, incorrect documents, or unsuccessful identity verification may require an additional fee for rescheduling or reprocessing.
If CUI Legal Notary cancels because it cannot provide the purchased service, the customer will receive a refund for the portion of the service that has not been performed or incurred.
8. Processing Times and Results
We will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the estimated time. However, we do not guarantee that a document will be accepted, approved, authenticated, or completed by a particular date. The receiving court, government agency, consulate, bank, or other institution retains final decision-making authority.
9. Privacy and Third-Party Providers
To perform the requested service, customer information and documents may be shared with Remote Online Notarization platforms, payment processors, government agencies, translators, shipping providers, or other necessary service providers.
We take reasonable steps to protect customer information but cannot guarantee the security of third-party systems, the customer’s device, or the customer’s internet connection.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment, booking an appointment, uploading a document, selecting an acceptance checkbox, or continuing to use our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order or use our services.
