At CUI Legal Notary & Document Services, we provide professional notary services, apostille services, document preparation, and digital document templates.

Due to the nature of our services and digital products, the following policy applies:

1. Notary & Document Services
   All notary, apostille, and document-related services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
   If you need to cancel an appointment before the service is performed, you may request a refund, which may be subject to administrative or booking fees.

2. Digital Products (Downloadable Templates)
   All digital products, including downloadable document templates, are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
   Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after access or download has been granted.

3. Errors & Service Issues
   If there is an error caused by our service, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost. Customer satisfaction is important to us.
